Spare parts for your vehicle can only be ordered from your authorized dealer, quoting your vehicle identification number. Ordered parts Will be delivered to the dealer-where you can have them installed or take them with you. Upon request spare parts also can be delivered to your home against extra charge.
For organisational reasons, collection from the factory is not possible.
We work exclusively with selected distributor companies. Our competent sales partners will provide you with the best advice and, in addition to service or repair and maintenance, can also offer the installation of awnings, solar panels, navigation systems, etc. Purchasing from the manufacturer is not possible.
What do you do in the event of a warranty claim or complaint?
Contact your specialist dealer immediately, quoting the chassis number, and have them record the facts. Your dealer will then contact our service team immediately and clarify everything else for you.
All technical drawings of our vehicles are available to our dealers. Please contact our sales partners (dealers), who will be pleased to help you. For security reasons, we are unfortunately unable to provide drawings to end customers. For your own safety, we kindly ask you to order any additional equipment for your vehicle exclusively from an authorised specialist dealer.
